Singapore local companies register with ACRA in accordance with the Companies Act 1967。The company must have at least one director ordinarily resident in Singapore、A Singapore registered address,and appoint a company secretary within the specified period after establishment;Registering a company does not automatically obtain a work permit、Bank account or industry license。
The name should be confirmed before establishment、Main business activities、share capital、shareholder、director、Company Secretary and Ultimate Control Structure。The use of nominee directors does not transfer the director's statutory liability,actual controller、Nominee director or nominee shareholder records must still be kept and reported in accordance with ACRA rules。
